Kent Team Championship 2026, 21-22 February 2026 in Canterbury

Last weekend we ran the 4th iteration of the Kent Team Championship (the third as a NAF approved event).  Every year I am overawed by the number of people that trust that we will put on a great Blood Bowl event. The first year as a NAF-event blew my mind. We had 120 coaches, largely unexpectedly. I had thought that we might hit around half of that number. In 2025 we switched to a 2-day, 6-game event when the numbers dropped slightly (I imagine that it is trickier to get a team of 4 who are able to commit to a whole weekend than it is for a one-day event), but in 2026 we were back up to the 120 mark. Thank yous Whilst I am the lead, there are so many people who help to make the experience what it is, and I want to thank them straight off before I forget to do so. There are: the referees - eldritchfox, whitehot and andiroo the advisors - saltyseawench, starferret, hexbaron, torquemada, cptoats, purplechest, misspelledtree the streamers - New Dice Please (videos of the top table are a...

BBBL Winter Classic IV, 31 January 2026

I am just a couple of races away from having played them all in tournaments, with just gnomes and bretonnians to go. I had been putting off gnomes for a while as i wasn't sure if I'd enjoy them.  I decided to play them at a local tournament, as travelling back after NAFC or UKTC would be a long way to travel if I had had a rough time!  I therefore took them to Bromley, complete with my political statement about the municipal borough status of Bromley and my long running campaign to reclaim Bromley as part of Kent. (Screenshot) I'm sure this wss missed on everyone else but it amused me. This was a good event for stunty teams as there was only 1 million gold to spend on your team,  so some of the traditional strong teams might struggle a little. I was able to take a 14 player roster of 2 trees (1 guard), 2 beast masters (both dodge), 2 foxes, 7 lineg nomes (2 with dodge) and Swiftvine Glimmershard so was a cheap star that i could fit in without compromising the postionals I...
